We find out about your goals, health history, dietary preferences, current nutrition, lifestyle demands, data gathering in our initial assessment consultation questionnaire & profile set up. We would request a food diary (depending on the need). 

ASSESSING YOUR INFORMATION

In depth analysis of your initial information & needs. Identify any barriers & areas that can be optimised & improved. Assessment of dietary analysis applicable to food diary request.   

TESTS & ASSESSMENTS

(optional)

 Assess nutrient status, hormones & body composition profile to help inform nutrition, lifestyle, health & wellbeing. Discuss appropriate tests, assessments and supplementations

RELEVANT RECOMMENDATIONS 

Implement in discussion, a plan tailored to your lifestyle. Providing you with

written strategies and recommendationsThis could include infographics to take away, recipe/food ideas/ meal plans. Agree on date for follow up review 

Review and Check In Consultation/s

APPLY CHANGES

Supporting & 'check in' by method of communication that suits you. Weekly progress check in's. Discuss any challenges, support and motivate you. Applying small, gradual & consistent change, fitting in with your lifestyle demands. Track progress

FOLLOW UP ASSESSMENT

Appointment base that suits you - virtual or 1-2-1. to reassess any barriers, review progress, make any necessary adjustments to strategies/plans & trouble shooting to move you along towards your outcome 

OUTCOMES

Progressing on track with the relevant tools & becoming self sufficient for your long term outcome/goal 

or reaching your relevant outcome/goal/target.

SINGLE CONSULTATION 

Designed to establish the nature of your goals and health concerns. We will explore your current situation and offer guidance and possible options for you. One-off consultation may suit if you want to know more about how we can support you specifically or if your currently working with another health practitioner and would like a different view or have had consultations with us before and are now doing well but want the occasional check in. 

KK-NUTRITION PROGRAMME

Packages run from preliminary session, intial assessment and implementation consultation followed by periodic consultations in discussion with you and based on your needs and time frame
